7-Step Setup Guide

Step 1

Account setup

Create your account, set your venue name, upload your logo, configure your currency and timezone, and set your tax rate (VAT, GST, SST, or sales tax depending on your market).

Build the operating setup your team uses every day

Step 2

Menu configuration / service setup

Menu build

Add your menu categories, items, photos, prices, modifiers, and allergen tags. Import from a CSV file if your menu is already in a spreadsheet. Most menus are fully configured in under two hours.

Step 3

Venue configuration / team controls

Table configuration

Add your tables, name your floor sections, set capacity per table, and generate QR codes for each table. Configure bar stools and counter seats separately if needed.

Staff setup

Create a profile for every team member. Assign their role. Set their individual permissions. They log in with their own credentials and see only the screens their role allows.

Prepare checkout before your first service

Step 5

Payment setup

Connect your Stripe account in Settings. Apple Pay and Google Pay activate automatically for compatible devices. Test a payment before your first service.

Step 6

Printer setup (optional)

Pair a Bluetooth thermal receipt printer from the Settings screen, with a step-by-step wizard included. Cash drawer connects through the printer.

Step 7

Go live

Place a test order. Send it to the kitchen display. Process a test payment. Print a test receipt. When everything works as expected, you are ready for your first real service.
