A staff ID is generated automatically.

Set a staff PIN (optional)
Staff can log in to the POS using a 4-digit PIN instead of full credentials.
Useful for shared devices at a counter or bar where fast login matters.
Configure manager PIN
Set a manager override PIN that authorises restricted actions.
Use it for discounts above a threshold, voids, or other protected service actions.
